Jason took me out on Saturday so we could have some time together. It was a perfect day, in my opinion. We bought lunch and drove to the lake. He took the time to teach me how to fly fish in a float tube. I borrowed Ethan's waders and fins. The sun was warm and the lake was so calm, peaceful and QUIET. We talked for hours as we floated back and forth next to each other across the lake. We only had a few bites from fish and never actually got any fish on, but we didn't mind. It was a gorgeous day. Then we went out for dinner. We came home to a clean house. Thanks very much to Katie for that. This seems like an extra long post, but it was a day that I so needed. And it makes me excited for our future. We can't wait to retire and spend all our days together!!
